Yaz offers a full service at-home shop located in Sunrise, Florida. She specializes in cake pops, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, custom cakes, covered chocolate strawberries, covered chocolate Oreos, covered chocolate pretzels --your one stop shop for birthdays and events. 


All of our baked goods are made from scratch.

For wedding, birthday,  party cakes and cookies, the date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the custom order.  The final payment is due on the delivery/pick up date. If the Client fails to make the deposit payment, the order will be canceled. I understand that I can cancel my order up to 1 week before my pick up date. I will not receive a refund if I cancel my order less than 1 week before my pick up date. Yaz Sweet Shop requires 2 weeks notice for an order. Lots of things have to happen before the baking begins, such as designing, shopping, making decorations or toppers. With that being said, sometimes you need last minute baked goods. If we can fit your order into the calendar, we will, but will charge a $50 rush fee per order.   

Yaz Sweet Shop kitchen is not a nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. The products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. 

Yaz Sweet Shop is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided. Yaz Sweet Shop is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone. I understand that once the product leaves  my hands, Yaz Sweet Shop, is not responsible for it. I will inspect the product before I leave the premises. I will keep the product safe by not dropping it, putting it on the car seat so it could easily fall off or letting my toddler hold it on the drive home. Here in South Florida, it can get pretty hot. Cakes that are for outdoor events in the spring/summer are going to get a little droopy and possibly melt. Unfortunately, there is nothing Yaz Sweet Shop can do if that does happen. Keep all baked goods in a cool place until you are ready to serve. Please note that if you like flowers on your baked goods, it’s important to acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants. We wrap or wax stems to keep water from running into the baked goods but there is still a chance that the above listed, may be in contact with the product. If flowers or a topper are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee of $25.00. Changes to Order There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to the event. 

I understand that my agreed upon pick up time means I will be there on time! If late, I agree to a late fee. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 2 days prior to your pickup time.
